lol so last week I sent a link to the petition to Square Enix customer support with the follow message:

I have an odd request: I would like to know if Square Enix has some sort of
Game Community representative that I could send a message to.

Myself, and a large community of fans of a game property that Square Enix
has acquired through Eidos are looking for help and Eidos has not been
responsive. A new online petition has been created, but those generally
aren't very effective, and so I thought I would email to see if someone
might point me in the right direction so that we can go through the proper
channels in asking our request.
