I am having trouble finding the book that does not open. I have opened the door in room with the two statues . found two rooms with keeper zombies, and two doors I cannot open. Is there a switch somewhere?

Yes, the first switch you need is along the back wall in the room with the two standing keeper zombies, you must carefully stay in shadow while moving around in there and get pretty close to be able to frob it (adjust gamma if necessary to better see it).

So this was the last mission i had skipped ahead to while playing v1.20.
I encountered a problem with the middle trial (the one with two paths) and this problem persists after updating to v1.22.
No matter which path i try to take, the second set of doors does not open.
I hear a door sound when entering the little room between the two sets of doors, but nothing happens.
So the question again becomes: Do i have to start over to fix this problem?

Hmmm...
This is how it's suppose to be. After the conversation, you can pick which side to go. Once you go in the decided path, the doors will close and you can't go back. However, you don't have to worry about which path is the right one. The loot will be move to the decided route. You should be able to open the next set of doors. If those doors aren't working, then you may have to restart the mission.
EDIT: If you've saved after the conversion took place, you'll have to either use a previous save or restart the mission.

Two points. I am wondering why the instructions in the walkthrough for the teleporter trial are so overly complicated, sending you all over the shop before you get to Little Big World? All you need to do is go through the East teleporter, read the book, the go through the East teleporter again. You are now in the sections leading to LBW.
Secondly, congratulations on the Keeper zombies. A great concept and for the first time in ages I have found zombies a little creepy, and a real threat, again.

Slight bug to report with the loot objective on DW. During the mission it gets the green tick once I have collected more than 500 loot, but when I finish the level that objective changes to a red circle as if it was optional and I didn't complete it. This happened both times I completed on DW, but did not happen on lower skills.
