OK, I'm looking for the key that will get me into the water plant.
Apparently, someone has to tell me about Katie and to knock because the door-knocker near Heather won't frob and blackjacking that door clearly isn't intended - it just angers the guards.
Who do I go to to find out about the key and the water plant? The two thieves by a door make clear the water plant is the way south, but that's all I have to go on.

You gotta be joking! Third mission on the trot where I've encountered a problem.
I went to see the King, who locked me in and killed me. I reloaded and now I'm locked in with him and he just wanders about doing and saying nothing. I broke into the bathroom and there's anotherking in there too!:confused:

What's the title of this mission? My advice is to ready your sword while he's closing the doors then move on him as soon as you have control again, after killing imposter the real king comes out of the loo. Save before entering and you won't have that happen if you restore.

He's a
wimp, it should only take 2-3 hits, never had anything like that happen in a dozen or so plays. You replayed from a save before entering that room, right? That sounds more like a scripting or installation related issue. You're using 1.24+ NewDark with no enhancements or mods, and either FMSel or NewDarkLoader, or no?

Unfortunately, no save before entering. I just reloaded when he surprised me the first time, so I'm already in the room.
