This type of thing is almost Martix-like in an "open you mind" kind of way..
That was Total Recall.

Free your mind. A prison for your mind. Whatever.
It's the sentiment that is important, not the quote.

I was being flippant. :)

It will always turn heads when social norms are broken, but sure, why not? Dress like a woman, go naked, wear a meat bikini, whatever. Of course, people have every right to react to it how they see fit, so long as it isn't violent or hateful.
I'm surprised this is such a big topic. Seems self-evident.

You wouldn't want to see me in a mini-anything, let alone a bikini. The more that gets covered up the better for all concerned!
Edit: "Meat bikini"?? I read that as "mini bikini". You don't want to see me dressed in meat either!

No, I wouldn't mind you asking me that.
Cool. I'll keep that in mind should I ever choose to ask you. :cheeky:

My issue with the crossdressing kid wasn't so much whether he had a right, of course he does, but does he understood the social message of what he was doing?
Exactly what I was struggling to put words to. Fantastic post btw.

Surprised is good :) I was also surprised at how surprised I was, and that lead to more questions of "why?". Knowing something and understanding it aren't necessarily always one and the same.
On the other hand, we're all basically just objects in space, so why not let things float. But thinking is such a nice pastime.
