Sorry, I can't remember or understand. What, where was that frobbable grill? On what difficulty have you played?
Perhaps he means:
The small, metallic, barred door immediately to the left of the Mayor's house entrance. This door provides access to a small cellar with a chest that contains a vial of holy water.
Did anybody beside myself notice that the denizens of the city, the pagan village and the criminals' hideout were bunched together according to the first initial of their names? E.g., "Zane" and "Zack" were near each other, a "Peter" and a "Paul" (and a "Mary", haha) were together, etc. Lady Rowena, was this intentional?

Then there's something wrong with my game, because those beams have metal studs, they are metal gray, and when I first tried putting an arrow into one, it bounced off with a metallic clang. I fired every arrow I had into the area and came up with nothing. Or, I could be a really bad shot...
Orobas,
inside the main part of the church itself, in front of the alter, look up. See that wooden beam, there are 3 of them, hopefully you will see what I am talking about. Shoot an arrow into that.
Yes, for most of them it was intentional. It was more easy to remember where there were. :D For some of them it was even a little ironical. See the people in the garden party. ;)

BrokenArts,
That was one of the first one I tried. I got it going now, it was just being difficult. I may have to delete and reload T2. I noticed that all my games save as Torner Island...

Are you using Darkloader? Then click on Original, Thief2; click install only. Be sure that the OM are installed.
Then exit Darkloader and go to the folder where you have Thief2 installed.
Find any folder named: obj, intrface, mesh, strings, books, schema, fam and delete them. This should solve your problem.

I remember I had the same problem ( my saves getting named thorner island)and allso had to delete all the folders by hand..

I'm using Garrett loader. Would I still do the same thing? I noticed the last time I played Calendra's Legacy that the movies didn't play either. Might be part of the same problem.
