Find the Doctor's house opposite the police station (on the first channel you come across), and you will find your answers.
Also, if you went to the last page of that thread, you may have asked the same question and received the same answer.

Indeed, a new post, even on an old and very long thread, will get just as much attention and quick answer.
a more detailed spoiler answer for you:
Holy water is the cure

As already pointed out, adding a question to the end of the main thread will STILL get it noticed. No need to start a new thread so I merged it with the main one.
You do realize that you can search INSIDE the thread for help, right? Cuts down on the number of posts you need to read to find an answer to your specific question.

I'm on night 1 and I am having troubling getting into the sewers.
I did read the note at the police station and some hints in this thread regarding the dead guard near the sewer grate by the cathedral. I did find his body with the key next to it. However, should I be able to grab the key from the outside or do I need to somehow find a way in to get it. I can't seem to grab it from the outside. Also another question. Looking at the attached screenshot, should I be able to enter through the window above[IMG](

As you can see I've shot a rope arrow near the window. I was able to shoot the arrow from the area the Dancing Burrick. I jumped into the water and climbed the arrow. However, I'm not able to make the jump from the rope through the window. Am I trying the impossible or is it doable?
Thanks for all your help.

It will be available later. As you notice, neither the body nor the key highlight so you can Frobb them.
Yes you can, but the placement must be just right. You might try two. use one to get you up to the window. Then jump to the ledge at the mech complex across the canal, then put another arrow in at a better angle.
Jump to it, or into the canal. Climb your first rope, jump to the second and then to the window ledge.
And you should have used spoilers for both questions. You can do this by using {spoil} at the start of your question, and {/spoil} at the end, but substitute [ and ] instead of {}.

Thanks. So is there anyway
of getting into the sewers during Night 1?Yes you can, but the placement must be just right. You might try two.

Jump to it, or into the canal. Climb your first rope, jump to the second and then to the window ledge. Again thanks for the suggestion. I neglected to mention in my OP
that I only have one rope arrow. I did think about doing what you suggested but new it would be impossible with only one arrow. And you should have used spoilers for both questions. You can do this by using {spoil} at the start of your question, and {/spoil} at the end, but substitute

I am aware of using spoilers, but didn't think the second question warranted it. My bad.
