I've only got the loot- and healobjective left in Night One and I can't get any longer...
Is it a place with much loot?
Can I get into more sewer sations than station 2?
I have healed Jenivere, the woman in Knox basement, a guard near the main entrance to the "Mecanist-place", and a poor man under the Sewer station 3 where is the next?
My english is bad...

For the blacksmith, you can only access from the sewers. From Basso's basement, go to right the end of the sewer.
Did you read the diaries of Dr.Knox and Malthus? You can access Malthus place from the basement of Dr.Knox.
After that, you should find a way to enter the cathedral.

@seventyfour : There is another to heal in Sewer Station 1 next to the police station. If you want a further nudge... you need to climb

Ok, I just got out of the police station. I have not found the sword/blacksmith. I see an area with a bunch of people in costumes. Where do I go next?

Seaons:To get to the blacksmith you have to access the sewers by the starting area. The entrance is through one of the buildings there.

If you passed the Police station you have the "Arrow". Go back to where you found it and LOOK UP>
