I believe you start with both of them in your inventory on Night 2. If you are only on Night 1, then you only get one. Any door that will only pick part way is one you need to come back to on Night 2, when you have both picks.

Seems like alot of people, I mistakenly thought that the second level was 'Night 2', when it seems it isn't ?
Anyone know how to get into the Cathedral ?

Yes, there's a short prologue mission, then Night 1, Night 2 and Night 3. To get into the Cathedral go around to the back and look for a fallen piece of stonework that you can climb up. Jump to the slanted ledge to the right. It's a bit tricky but it can be done.
I'm going to move these posts to the proper Night 1 thread to prevent confusion in the future.

I found the Secret in the crypt, where you find one loot item and one holy water
I am unable to get out of that secret spot. Rope arrows don't work. Jumping/mantling doesn't work. I cannot find any switch to make the floor rise again.
Any advise? I am stuck and cannot get out. :(

How do I neutralize the power of the sister?
I have been everywhere I can think of. I have read everything I have found. For some reason, the clue is not jumping out for me.
A clue as to what to re-read would be appreciated!

Did you find the Book of Prophecies? Have you read it? It should tell you what to do.
Did you go in the Mechanist compound? Did you meet the Sister? Do you already have her "heart"?
What objectives have you completed? I can't help if I don't know where have you gone and what you have done until now. :)

:erg: My apologies. I forgot to list what objectives are done and those remaining... I am playing on Expert. I feel I am most of the way done in Night One.

the Book of Prophecies, I read the line "Remember brothers: the holy will destroy unholy" and thought that is the clue, but I cannot figure out where to go now. For some reason, I am not thinking well with this FM. :grr:
I was guessing that the
heart would be frobbable in the right scenario, but it never appears to be. I don't recall any
holy location that I could go to, except where
we found the holy seeds But nothing appeared to work for me there.
By the way, loved hearing that Cat, wish I could rescue it. The dog barking was great. Oh, and the bats. Great stuff!

You have to go back where you found the holy seeds and drop the heart in the water font. :)
