Bradey doesn't head to the Servant's Quarters. After you listen to the conversation you need to
head up to the 3rd floor. You'll find Bradey up there. The switch on the post can't be found until after you have access to Lord Saturnine's room, which you don't yet.
One think I'm wondering is why M used a gas arrow... didn't she have a blackjack?

I'm attempting to ghost 7th Crystal in a minimum of moves but I'm not sure what triggers the appearance of the guard with the attic key in the library. Anyone know what specifically causes him to show up?
Also, do the keys that are on the sleeping servants unlock anything or are they just for the pickpocket total?
Thanks!

I'm not sure what triggered that in the first version. Why don't you download the newer version for your ghosting attempt? The keys are in fixed positions, there are more spooky sounds, etc. to add to the atmosphere and it's just generally much improved. It should make ghosting easier. :)

I saw that but it seems to only involve the end movie, which won't really affect your ghosting of the mission. The rest of it is improved, especially the key thing, which could be a little frustrating in the first version.
edit: Since epithumia posted at the same time as I did, you now know that the second version is still available. The only change in the third version was moving the lever in the attic, so just go with the second one. :)

Oops, while you two were posting, I was downloading and now I've added v2b to my collection. I'll give it a spin before bothering to download v2.
Oh, and back to an earlier question: do the keys that are on the sleeping servants unlock anything or are they just for the pickpocket total? Perhaps they don't even exist in the newer versions?

If I remember correctly, those keys are for the door into the Servant's Quarters. I presume they were put in to explain why the door was locked with people inside. They obviously could still get out. Other than that, I don't believe I ever found a use for them. :)
