I beg your patience....more patience for a stupid, that is: where is the attic??? :D
I have the attic key. But after going upstairs and searching all bedrooms and bathrooms (but not 3 of them), all I found was a garden with many statues and a book with a sexy poetry :joke:

Sorry. I should have thought of that, as it confuses a lot of people. The door to the attic isn't on the top floor, but on the floor below that. Go out onto the balcony that overlooks the front foyer and the door is up by the railing. I think it's marked on the map. :)

Ok, so i switched the lever in Lord Saturnine's Mansion to open up the pasageway in the library. The problem i'm having, is that i cannot find where it opened up anywhere! ive searched the library high and low and nothing seems to have changed. Help anyone?

Are you sure you only flipped it once? [SPOILER] When you flipped the lever, you should have been able to look down through the window and see two desks move apart. There should be a hole in between them now. [/SPOILER]

Ok, maybe i'm reffering to a different lever than you are. Up in saturnine's room, i discovered a peice of carpet beside his bed on the floor with a lever underneath it. I flipped the lever and heard a rumbling sound and then it stopped. I cannot see the library desks from that point but i think i know the window that you are talking about. Upon going up into the attic, i can climb over a crate and look through a little triangular hole at another section of the attic. Over there i can makeout the window above the library, but cannot get to it. What did the lever in saturnine's room do, and how do i get to that window?

Go back up to Lord S's room. You moved something with that lever...it's in that room. Check the next room VERY carefully...don't come out until you've found a secret switch.
