In any number of threads here I see refernce to the
lever under the mat by Saturnine's bed Maybe I'm just not in the right room. This bedroom would be the one to the right of where I found
Bradey and his GF, would it not? This is the large bedroom with the steps going up on either sdie of the bed. The floor area in question is only carpeted, seamlessly it appears. There is nothing at all like a mat on the floor.
Am I even in the right room? Any help would be appreciated.

I think you're looking in the wrong room. If I remember correctly, that's Elizabeth's room.
Did you
find the Museum key and Bradey's room key? Bradey was wearing them. After this point you need to go get the item from the Museum, at which point the door into the servant quarters, down the hall from the Museum, will open. Use Bradey's key to get into his room and you'll find the key to Lord Saturnine's room. Head back up to the third floor and look for the door that unlocks and you'll be in the room with the switch under the floor mat.
Thanks for the hint; I was done 3 minutes later :)
I tried this mission with my old computer and it really bogged down, so I stopped playing it. I have a better computer now. What a beautiful FM; I'm glad I got a chamce to see the whole house. On to "down there"

I'm stuck!
I'm carrying 4 keys now; Library, Front Door, Attic and Storage Room keys. I've searched about the entire mansion, but I can't seem to find that servant Brady.
I've gone through the Guard Quarters and thrown the lever to raise the cage around the chest that holds the sapphire, but I can't get into the Museum. To get in, I neeed the Museum key off of Brady I would assume, but I can't find the guy. Help! :)

You've got the Attic key. Have you been in there and listened to the conversation between Brady and Elizabeth. Once you've done that, go up to the third floor and you'll find him. :)

And if you can't find the attic...
stand on the balcony overlooking the front door (facing the door) and look to the right. I had a hell of a time finding that door my first time through...
Loais:
I'm not sure what you are asking specifically but in the intro narration, 'M' explains her involvement in the first paragraph.
Intro narration:
...Although my own role was limited to that of a watcher from afar, and my involvement with the 'Cerrulean Sapphire' and with the thief called Garrett was tenuous at best, I will try to relate the events of that ill-fated night, and of the unfortunate souls of those involved...
But if you are just asking who voiced 'M', that would be MsLedd.
