Sorry. I missed seeing this question before. I presume you're playing ver.2? In that one, the Library key
is with the map and loot you find behind a statue in the Conservatory.
Unless the new version is different from the one I played, the war museum key should be on Bradey's unconscious body after you've visited the attic.

Thanks, I don't recall visiting any attic yet, guess I've got more poking around to do.
I'll double check the conservatory too just to be sure.

I didn't mention the Museum key because there's no way you could have found it yet if you haven't been into the Library. If you should happen to have ver. 1, I'd suggest restarting with ver. 2. It's much better and the keys are easier to find. In ver. 1, some of them are on guards that appear at certain points in the mission and it's a pain trying to find them.

Ok, after hours of searching i found the door to attic, and found the way into the crypts. But now I'm down in crypts and can't find the grave.
man, either this mission is tricky or I'm just stupid (not sure which, Maybe both?)
Anyway I need help please finding the grave.

Basically just keep looking through that area...it's really not hard to find and I think there was a highlighted plaque you read and then go around behind it to get into an old Chapel (as I remember). Great happenings in there to experience ;) Be aware that Act IV is only another camvator to watch/listen to. Good Luck and Good Hunting!
Ghostly Apparition on 18/7/2004 at 00:43
Ok. I found it. It was the lever that iI needed to find. Good thing i had a save
though as the end camvator didn't play the first time.
Fabulous mission. really good job.

I have completed searching the mansion, and I am stuck finding the
entrance to the catacombs.

The one book says the crypts are under the library. It also mentions they finally opened the (something like) partially ruined tomb, to get in. I have searched the library for anything to open a way in, and so far have not found anything. I have searched the courtyard with the fountain, tombstones and crypt in it. I did not find anything. The passage from the fountain area to the storage room does not look like it has loose walls, and neither does the passage to the basement/kitchen area.

The pedestal with the mine on it reads that mines can open up loosened walls. I would assume that this mission can be done without alerting guards, meaning that a mine would not be used to open a wall INSIDE the mansion. If the crypt that was pried open to get into the catacombs is the one in the fountain area, I don't see how to open it, or a loose spot, even, to put a mine at. Leaving the only place a mine might be used would be in one of the two underground passages. Neither look like they have loose spots in the walls.
Can I get a hint, like maybe in the area where to look? (Like rooms near/in the Library (my first consideration), On the 2nd floor, etc. Nothing too specific.) Avoiding guards and looking for something small and easily missed becomes frustrating when too much time is spent looking.
Thanks!

In the attic near the bedroom where you should have overheard the conversation between the mistress and the valet, you will find a "key".
I use " " because a Key is not always a key but is a key for all of that.
Good luck.

Yeah. On the 3rd floor, I tho't that one area of the attic was useless. Garrett even has a voice over "I should be able to find something useful up here" when entering it. Found out the usefulness, just now.
Thanks! ;)
