I don't think you can explain 11:48 vs. 4:31 in Soulforge or 1:31 vs. 3:33 in FCB&T with the speed potion bug. There must be something else.

doing the bank in 1:31 is impossible without atleast some kind of cheating
you have to go down to the basement and then back up to the vault itself

I know. Completing TG in < 60 minutes is impossible without exploiting game bugs either (keyholing). I'd still like to know what I've missed.

In TG:

In T2:
