Oh yeah, normal. I can't be arsed to speed run on Expert, that's already too much work.
Homph, time to try Shipping & Receiving.

I have trouble breaking a minute in lord baffords. The sword slows me down considerably by the banner, and I sometimes get messed up when I pull the lever. I suppose it's all in the jumping and knowing the level in and out.
I currently have trouble going around corners while kangaroo jumping, I always hit the wall. How do I avoid that?

With luck and practice. For me it was mostly a game of chance with looots of restarts (about 1000 I guess).

So you're going to make a run through TMA? :D

Probably not. I got a time of 8:26 (bad) on S&R and noticed how much I loathe the level. Also, it's been a while since I replayed T2 and I don't feel like going through it and remembering the nuances right now.

I've got a video of a 41 second run on Bafford's (best I could do with fraps running), but it's 99 megs, low quality, and I have nowhere to host it.
I also have a working demo of a 40 second run, but apparently demos won't work for other people, according to this thread:

Also, I can't capture the demo with fraps because that slows the game down and breaks the demo.
If someone has any solutions... that would be good.

I think archive.org is for more professional runs. Mine is way too big for the length and picture quality. Also, fraps doesn't record the stats screen and I started recording once I hit the gate lever, so everyone would have to take my word that it was 41 seconds.

"Professional"? These guys get paud for doing that? I think not.

Nevermind, I was thinking of SDA (and by "more professional" I just meant better production values than mine).
I've registered and am currently uploading via ftp to the open source movie section. It's only going at 45 KB/s though, and apparently it takes 12-24 hours for a curator to approve :/
