There are a couple of differences in some missions between TDP and TG. I'm quite sure there are none in Bafford's, Training and Sword, but I'm not sure about Cragscleft.
Come to think of it - I'm playing the German version of TG, and the mission time in Cragscleft depends heavily on the time Cutty's speech takes. German texts are usually longer than English ones, so this may explain the difference. It would be interesting to know for sure. Can you please time it from the very beginning to the second the new objective is activated?

Phew, I already thought I was getting too old for this, but finally I managed to beat the new records for Cragscleft by a few seconds (with 3:20 using two the two speed potions you can afford with the loot from Bafford's) and Running Interference (2:56). Still, your times are excellent, Lt-UnReaL.
(Updated the lists and added some results I had missed in some posts).

I never used the speed potions before, I just did ctrl alt shift end and played, maybe I'll try to use those potions and see what I get.:)

Running interferance
- You said earlier that there are some ways to speed up Basso, instead of watching him just standing there waiting at regular intervals. Can you tell how is that possible? I don't get consistant times in this mission because of that. Bird-call or not.

- Do you start by going in via the front door (ie. the one on the immediate left which needs to be lock-picked), or do you head into the statue maker, which is already open at least on normal difficulty?
Eavesdropping
- How on earth can you finish the mission in below 5 minutes when the speech itself lasts longer than that? Is there somekind of way to not have to listen through the speech (other than the one involving dromed)?
I absolutely hate this mission because of the speech. :(
Blackmail
- Do you go in via the front gate or from the backyard?

You can save a couple of second if you open all doors for him.

I just pulled off 8:28 on Assassins, expert difficulty. I used 1 speed potion. I also intend to take my Cragsleft Prison record back. :P
EDIT: Just got 7:54 on Assassins expert.
