Anyone else fucking loves how Steam doesn't display the NAMES of the games they're having deals on?

Yes I love that too. And by love I mean hate. Especially considering how slow and unreliable the connection to Steam can be during these sales they really should include titles right on the first page.

Yeah, the front page design isn't exactly helpful. Only way to see names from the front is in the damned javascript link text.

so I've been thinking of snatching NWN 2 Platinum. How good is it? I remember the first being quite bad in the main story campaign, but I loved it for the online semi-persistent worlds (spent many sleepless nice properly RPing one of two Bard twins and organizing a play for like 10 people in town center while our friend thief pickpockted them lol).

Lol I've been using that too :P
EDIT: I have HL2, -33% on any Valve title, and -50% on King's Bounty Platinum, if anyone is interested.

You should be interested, King's Bounty is a solid game.

The first NWN is every game Bioware has ever made. It's weird how people think the main campaign is so bad (which it is) but gobble up everything else they make when everything they do uses the exact same formula.
NWN2 is your standard Obsidian fare, so you know what to expect (solid writing, a little choice and consequence, NPC influence). The main campaign is basically your standard Forgotten Realms shit (which I'm ok with but YMMV) and Mask of the Betrayer is possibly the best cRPG ever made.
If you like RPG's at all then it was already a steal at $20. If you don't pick it up at $5 you're nuts. The only downside is that the Steam version doesn't include the non-Obsidian final expansion (Westgate) which the recently released DVD version has.

Anyone played SkyDrift? I've heard some good things about it and the videos look like fun.
Also considering picking up Silent Hill Homecoming. Both are 5 bucks today.

Blur is a fun little racing game that I'd certainly recommend for £4; I have it for the PS3 and will probably re-buy it here too.
