There isn't anything I've done that I haven't posted before, and many things are pretty common though personally satisfying, but since the thread has included mostly those kinds of things, I'll repeat something I've mentioned a couple of times that I did in TMA that I haven't repeated in-game since:
In Shipping... and Receiving, in an unpatched version, having never played any other Thief game previously, and thus, still figuring things out about that universe and gameplay, still green in skill, I ran off of a catwalk (the one along the west wall outside of Lord Porter's and Madame Volari's), drank a slow-fall potion in the air, and floated down to successfully K.O. a patrolling guard while airborne. That's my most unique achievement in regular play, with the rest being pretty common or not unusual. Some things I did won't work without that early version, like tossing up a crate and firing a rope arrow into it to climb up to another level, as mentioned by zill above.

An achievement I was proud of was learning to get to the switch that opens the secret in the plans room in Thief 2 without having to use one of my vine arrows.
May not be a unknown feat, but of all the videos and threads I have seen, I have never seen anyone mention it.
I mantle up to the ledge where the windows are using the open safe door.

I'm pretty sure I've climbed everywhere you can(but shouldn't) in every single mission I've played.
If I can't get somewhere, I'll find a way. :D
It's cool how much easter egg's there is to be found among the FM's.

It may vary a bit from the achievements mentioned so far, but a friend and I had a series of various troubles when trying to finish the FM "Ominous Bequest" in Multiplayer where at a certain point you HAD to use elevators to continue, but they'd work only for the host of the game.
When we got to these, our meta-adventure of "How the HELL do we get down there?" started and spanned various ups and downs, achievements and disappointments, which currently I am telling about in this thread, if anyone's interested. :joke:
