the puppets are one of the scariest things i have ever seen in a game, thief or otherwise. part of it is their speed. you don't expect them to move that fast.

I became totally jumpy of those clocks ticking in a "race" against eachother. Fast, slow, slow, fast, fast, slow, fast, etc...

Well I don't know about the Cradle since I haven't goptten up to it yet. But I had a pretty scary moment in the Abysmal Gale. the whole place was creepy with the zombies moaning and green fire etc.
I thought that I might try to kill a zombie with my bow, I wasn't too sure wether it was going to work or not. I shot the zombie, it fell to the ground. I waited for what must have been a minute then walked up to the bodyt and it suddenly sprang up again. I nearly fell out of my cghair at that moment.
I hate zombies wether it be T1,T2 or T: DS so youcan probably tell I didn't enjoy that ship area *shudders*

Any one interested in making a "cradlopedia" ?

IMHO that's not a good idea. There are probably quite a few things about the Cradle you don't find out during your first or second time... For the tension to stay, it would be best if the Cradle remained a horrific mystery. I'd be sure to be discover a lot of spoilers if I started reading all information ever gathered on the Cradle :D Anyone with specific questions can ask in the forum...
Unless, of course, you mean an ecyclopedia containing the information about the Cradle shared by its evil genious creator. :D Like, the backstory of the building and the patients....

You sure it's not just "Genius creator"?
Poison Ivy on 13/10/2006 at 17:42
Genious creator = Null

...I wonder what it smells like in there...
Poison Ivy on 16/10/2006 at 12:30
It would probably smell of ashes, half-decayed bodies, old bandages and 50-year-old dust. :eww:
I've always wondered how Garrett deals with the imminent urge to sneeze while hiding in all those dusty corners.... O_o
