Well if he didn't want to be called that he wouldn't have done everything in his power to earn it. And continue to earn it.

Yeah most of us have played BiS games before, so the bug aspect isn't really an unknown here.

Sure it has a ton of bugs and bad design decisions, but the AI is very impressive. In what other game can you plop down two opposing squads in an arbitrary location and watch them bounding from cover to cover as they maneuver and engage each other through a town? Sure there are glitches but I've never thought to myself "that's what I would do" watching AI in anything else. BIS are both inspired and sloppy. It's not that Arma2 is perfect, it's that everything else sucks ass.

Oh please. "Everything else" is simply trying to achieve different things and/or aren't competing with ArmA2.

Yeah, thanks for clarifying the painfully obvious. If another company were to actually try, they would give BIS a run for their money. Codemasters paid a lot of lip service to doing Flashpoint proud but clearly didn't follow through. BIS sort of just stumbled into the tactical / battlefield simulation arena, so I'm not holding my breath for a contender; after all, it took about 10 years for them to concede that maybe a boatload of 7.62x51 should NOT cause a main battle tank to explode. I love the experience their products provide but taking a slightly more rigorous approach from the beginning would have been wise.
