Hmmm... I don't remember the woman in here moving at all (I was playing patched version) and when I pressed the button it released one of those big spiders - which promptly attacked me as I frantically jumped up and down in panic!
I've played the game a couple of times, only pressed the button once though... never again
I think on the first occasion she was stood up, kind of swaying around drunkenly. The second, I'm sure she was laying down unmoving. As I say, though, I pressed the button this time, and the subsequent shock overwhelmed any kind of coherent recollection of the zombie's exact position :cheeky:

In mine she was facing away from the fireplace entrance, and whenever I made a noise she moaned and looked around, as if she couldn't turn around. I think she may have been stuck in the rack.

How do you incorporate that into Thief? Unless it has somekind of Mechanist connection.

Data has many gear wheels inside him... he is truly a Mechanist - whereas the mushroom growing out of his mouth illustrates that he accidentally has eaten something. Quite troublesome - for he hasn't any stomach or guts. As a matter of fact, the food stayed in Data's mouth, and have converted into earth. :eww: Hmm... I wonder if that's too weird... perhaps it is.

fungi or simply
mushrooms?

Now those mushrooms don't look too entincing for a snack, that is unless your suffering from lack of food (starvation). As far as I know eating them should not be detrimental to your health. Unless it is a toadstoool I believe.
Mushrooms are fungi.

Ah, quite logical!

With new zombies - sure! I imagine an abandoned graveyard with some crypts on it: You start in a coffin, 6 feet under the surface, and must use your dagger plus blackjack to get out of your grave. On the surface, you encounter that two undead corpses have done the same thing! Having nearly no proper equipment to encounter them, you head over into a crypt, that was sealed in former times, but is now infested by zombies who fell into its chimney. Inside, you can find much loot, but after having taken the necklace of a female zombie the corpse is getting angry - so it bite you. Realizing the lack of cover inside the crypt, the only safe way to get out of this haunted graveyard is jumping over the roofs of all crypts! Of course, you will see a diamond blinking at you on a tomb stone - so you choose the *unsafe* way to exit the location. After having 100% of the available loot, you will be surrounded by zombies and you will have no other choice than to fight your way through them with your little dagger. Fortunately for you, you can see the exit, which appears to lead to an abandoned Hammerite church... [map change]
I've created a zombie sample for this FM... Let's have a look at it:

http://people.freenet.de/klopap/garrett.jpgNotice that Garrett is quite frightened- as the undead guy is wringing out his guts. Apparently, he don't want to be a maggot infested walking corpse... who knows!

You may call them either fungi or mushrooms. Fungi sounds more clever. :)
