"Loot the tomb" has got to be the lamest tagline ever.
It sounds like a board game for six-year-olds.

This is a serious attempt to continue the project. We will not abandon it at any chance. Everyone, and especially all former team members are heartly welcome to rejoin us!
I wonder why kingers locked the forums. After all, it would make sense to leave them for you to access for reference. Don't know if you want to continue the storyline or make something totally different now, and it probably also depends on wether this is a free forum or not. If yes, then why would kingers not turn it over, since he obviously can't/wont care anymore?

Basically Kingers heinously shut the forums down without giving any notice of it. I got these sad news upon visiting the official website.

Hello? Did you even read that? I'm clearly disappointed.
I agree, I am also disappointed. I was hoping, no expecting much much more than this.

Ah, that's a relief. For a moment there I thought the forum software had ballsed up. I mean, signatures are limited to one occurrence per page, right?
But then I realised that Ominous clown was appending it manually to each and every post he made. Panic over!

Of all the lamest pieces of shit postings I've read yet in ThiefGen, oh master of searching frantically and quickly for links and material relating to any and every topic, just to relentlessly appear as though you can function in virtually any discussion whatsoever, whilst completely understanding everything about the topic with little to no notice.

Please don't respond to me.

In other words, he's intentionally circumventing the forum's anti-attention-whore measures.

You know what? That's you that you've just described. Why do you thing think Starrfall was posting numbers after all you posts the other day? She was counting your lamo posts that really do fit into the description you just gave. StD's iit, however, does not.

Back OT:
This project seems to be dead then. The members have split into fractions (
in front of you eyeiaiiais, ohoooohooohoohh - Curve, 1992.) and the way it's happened has shown us the true nature of this project like nothing before.
This, my friends, is why it was never going anywhere. Internal conflicts can destroy a project. But folding to the pressures of external crticism, no matter how little that affected you, is the mark of all your weaknesses.
Better now than later (when lots more time will have been wasted) I say.
And if any former members wish to carry on then by all means do so. But make a proper effort this time and mybe something will come of it. :thumb:

'Tis is not dead. We continue. We just have rearranged the management, umm, a little bit.
Kingers did a "kill -s KILL" on the project without us team members supporting that decision. So we stepped up and revived it immediately.
There are only two fractions, consisting of those who have not rejoined yet and those who already have begun to continue.
OrbWeaver: "Loot the Tomb" is a cool subtitle.

Thief: Rob some mansionsDoom: Blow up monsters with a gunStarcraft: Destroy the enemies units and buildings with your own units and weaponsA tagline is supposed to set the mood of the project and increase interest, not just blandly describe the (rather unoriginal) gameplay objective.
