No, you're not getting it.
Thief General isn't here for the benefit of The Unforseen Consequences Project. Thief gen is here for general thief fans to do their general thief fan stuff. It so just happens that general thief fans are probably going to be interested in The Unforseen Consequences Project, so it's in our advantage that you post stuff. And it so just happens that it's in your advantage that The Unforseen Consequences Project is well represented on Thief General - you want an interested audience for your hard work.
Trouble is, General Thief fans are also interested in other general thief stuff. But, you're still squatting on 10% of Thief Gen's front page. Bumping those threads needlessly is just depriving other threads of position - and therefore attention. I think that's called spamming. It's not as though TTLG doesn't provide a PM facility to do private messaging. Trust me, people will get pissed off with you if you don't strike a balance.

Well the threads exists now. Unless a moderator closes one or the other down, you can't prevent people posting in either one. But as I see it, he now takes the actual project relevant stuff to his own forum, and that's the only thing he can do right now (apart from not creating another few threads :) ).
