Maybe you won´t even need it, for me heart and soul was alot easier than the varyx obelisk :)

i had the same issue. i did not try applying the dml fix (because i am under the impression that would require starting the mission over); but simply saving and loading my game was enough to get the new map page to actually show up on the map screen.

Yes, simply putting the DML into the mission folder is not enough, I just tested it. A restart is required for this to work.
