These are kick ass pics!
It's reminding me how much story they've really packed in over the years. I guess for typical shows there's only the same few locations they use over and over in the same kinds of ways, but this show has been all over the place, and even as it keeps reinventing itself, it carries a lot of memories with it. A lot of these places are immediately recognizable because we know what (typically ghastly thing) happened there, a testament to how far we've gone along with them I guess.

We didn't see a tenth of the locations and we saw a lot. I'm not so sure I was supposed to go everywhere I did but nobody ran us off with a stick so I figure we were cool. Next time I want to go to locations in Griffin (where Rick and Shane had the big fight and Abraham fired up the fire truck) and go see the chalk outline they spray painted of Glen in an alley. My daughter wants to go next time. I'm studying locations for that. Carols look at the flowers house may be private but worth a shot. Lots of locations in Newnan I missed too.
The prison is actually the back of a studio where a lot of inside scenes for other things were shot as well. I'm not sure you can tour that without permission and you won't get that during shooting season which picks back up again in April. Anyway there is still lots to come from what we did see. More to come as they say but not today.

Go to Hobbiton bob. I used to not go local but then I realized people all over the world were going to places near me.
It's bloody expensive! :p
