My wife is a fan of "Drop Dead Diva" so it was a thrill for her. Poor dear has put up with my Walking Dead mania since episode one. She never watched it. Now I have given her the fever and we spent marathon weekends catching her up to date and we have something to share.
Oh they make a really good Ruben and we had to try the local brew called "Turtle Head". Eh. I would rather have a Ying Ling.
SubJeff on 29/1/2016 at 22:19 Can't see any pics, at all.
Renault on 29/1/2016 at 22:53 They were up recently, he must be having issues with his photobucket account.
Tocky on 30/1/2016 at 01:08 Apparently the internet could not handle my wife's awesomeness and broke.
Photo Bucket has had some serious problems for awhile now. Sooooo continuing down the back street one over to the left from main we come to Andrea's alley where romance bloomed with the help of Gov's feritlizer-
It has been in subsequent episodes too. I can't recall which but I remember pointing and going "OOOO OOOO!" when I saw it long after Woodbury. Some idiot left the group and broke into the building on a previous tour here. They had to wait until he was escorted to the police station to continue the tour.
Tocky on 31/1/2016 at 03:48 And now we cross the street and RR tracks to the street that runs along the south side of Alexandria where we come to this house-
After the fall of the prison where Rick got the ever loving shit beat out of him by Gov and was near death on a couch while Carl had a teen angst moment this was the house. The owners claimed a scratch on the floor so production replaced the whole floor. They also sent them on a vacation to Vegas while they did it.
Tocky on 31/1/2016 at 19:49 Just a few houses down, though it seemed farther in the series, is the "pudding house". Carl got his gallon of pudding in trade for one of his shoes to a walker. Chandler Riggs actually made himself sick eating that pudding. He was supposed to spit it out. Now his fans send him pudding as an homage and he can't stand the sight of it. I had that happen with a can of cake frosting when I was about 12 so I can sympathize. I've not liked cake since.
This shows Chandlers stunt double who is a girl. Not sure how I would feel about that. The British lady to the right we ran into when we visited Grantville, Ga. in my last series of photos.
Tocky on 31/1/2016 at 20:06 And so we come to the end of my slide show. In days of old it would have been a forcing of vacation pics on my friends but today you had a choice and looked at them anyway. I'm told the whole town of Grantville is for sale for the bargain price of $680,000.
Imagine barbed wire and zombie traps covering the entire street. I have to resize and Photo Bucket a lot of pics now because we toured inside. The lady who gave the tour is a Brit and as I've mentioned we ran into the Brit above. We met several other Brits at locations. The show must be popular there. I'll wrap up soon.
Tocky on 31/1/2016 at 20:33 Oh wait. Before I do the wrap-up I want to post the bridge where they made Glen and Maggie's reunion tunnel in Senoia. Some serious styrofoam was laid. Perhaps some CGI. I would have never guessed. It looked so real I just figured it was a real tunnel.
Not a flattering pic of me, sort of like a Jack'O Lantern several weeks past Halloween. Ah well. Rena got a kick out of it when I tried to pull her to the sidewalk with me. So did some passing tourists.
