It's gotta be the demo, anything else would probably piss off alot of people due to the hype they're giving it.
Course knowing Gamespy it's possible that it could be another 800 meg video showing 3 minutes of high resolution ingame footage....FOR FILEPLANET SUBSCRIBERS ONLY!
