Hello all
As the title of this post suggests, could Thief 4 be using Unreal engine 3?.
(

The worries i have is the troubles with Alice madness returns",which uses some version of the Unreal engine and has bugs aplenty!!.
Although saying that,Bulletstorm which also uses the Unreal engine works perfectly.
And Thief 4 is in early developement stage,so everything will be OK in the end...

If you want a heads-up on some of what's being utilized to develop T4, check the job requirements on the EM site, and look at the experience sections for T4 devs on sites like LinkedIn. Unreal 3 and Uscript come up a lot.

There is nothing wrong with the unreal engine. It all comes down to the abilities of those working with it.

I Hate DDFIX. The post processing with default settings look sooo awful.

I never played an UE3 game that didn't have performance issues, so I guess the abilities are really hard to come by nowodays.

U3 is a beautiful engine. IGN called it "the engine that just keeps on giving".
Look at Arkham City - so beautiful !
