I'm totally nerved because I'm not able to go on in Keep of Deceit..
I'm playing on expert, and I don't know how to cross the door in the underground room und the library. You say that one needs to hold the skull to open the door.. But where is it? How do I have to go on?
I have to do this quests:
What are Bouran and Malvyne up to?
Finding the well hidden key of Bouran
Get Salfatoras Skull.. (where?)
and of course get back to the starting point...
Please help me

Bouran's Key : [SPOILER]head towards the n-w of the Keeper Compound, up a short flight of stairs & into a room marked "1" - check the floor very carefully in order to open a secret room. A switch in that room opens a passage to Bouran's key.[/SPOILER]
Salfatora's Skull, etc : [SPOILER]this has been extensively discussed on this & previous page of this thread. Basically two ways to get skull -- kill the tree-beasts or get into the passage up on the left side you can see from the ledge[/SPOILER]

Okay, I have done everything, killed beasts etc.. The Golden Skull is left only!
In Salfatoras little room, where the medaillon have been, there is a book and it says:
......and a golden skull, that I've hidden in a compartment in this room....
Where the hack is it? I didn't find a secret but the bookcase there looks strange...

The readable in the antique-dealer's room gives a good hint for the switch.
Spoiler : [SPOILER]Check around the painting above the bed.[/SPOILER]
As to the other : [SPOILER]a door from the Keeper library leads down to some "animal" pens - past them, check the storage room carefully - further on there's those 2 doors, after which I recommend saving...[/SPOILER]
