Definitely. The probability is extremely small, but this was in no way debunked, especially with the recent measurements of delays in neutrino pulses (rather than the original beam) by the OPERA guys.
It is highly probable that a systematic error in the testing procedure is either underestimated or forgotten (GPS positioning being the most likely culprit), therefore it is vital that more experiments with varied protocols and apparatus are carried out.
