New to the forums.
I’ve been playing Deadly Shadows a ton and it made me want to play the old Thief. The trouble is, I’m REALLY terrible at the first one, and even on normal I’m just horrible at it. Though most people would scold me for wanting to cheat, all I want is some cheat so I can coast through and see the sights. I really just want to explore the universe rather than getting into the game and start sucking again. Does anyone know of any other cheats, either through the dark.cfg file or another command that I could use?
Thanks

As far as I am aware there are no cheats.
Well other then increasing your starting loot. But thats not going to help you.

Forgot one more thing but I dont reccomend it.
Press Ctrl-Alt-Shift-End (Yes all at the same time) to skip to the next level.

There's a savegame editor that works for both Thief 1/Gold and Thief 2. You can change the difficulty and have infinite number of inventory items.
Unfortunaly it has a habit of not working for a while after one has reinstalled windows. Sometimes it takes months before it starts to work...

Why not just edit the saved games in DromEd?
Or, if you want to completely cheat and spoil the game entirely, just play through DromEd and turn off AI awareness. :(
