That's the easter egg secret. You basically have to pick it up after you fire it. Since that arrow can be reusable anywhere. Such as when you fired at a brick wall, it'll bounce back till it stops, allowing you to pick it up.
And the level is call "Ambush" - "[SPOILER]Sam has sold you out![/SPOILER] :O"
