This one was good fun. Well done on the mission, Cardia!

Can someone remind me how I manually tweak the volume levels of the background music, its a bit too loud for me.

All respect to Cardia as an FM author, I end up going a longish way.
I look thru the snd folder, find the trouble files and then,
In a different folder in Windows, create .txt files and then rename them, each for a file in snd.
I rename 'New Text Document.txt' to 'LoudLoungeMusic.wav' and overwrite.
For me, the FM becomes playable and enjoyable.
I do this even for those files with stock names because just deleting them forces ND to revert back to original archived, out of place sounds and convos.
Sorry, Cardia; some of us use texture modifications and some of us modify the audio to suit our personal experience.

I just use a silent 1-second WAV file I downloaded, then replaced the ambient sound files I didn't want with that:
GAR010.wav, GAR011.wav, GAR012.wav, Gar036.wav, Gar037.wav

Finished all main objectives and only need to find 5 more bottles of beer hopefully without using up all my rope arrows or taking too much fall damage but regarding Bafford's home, according to the diary there is supposed to be a back area where Benny the guard is supposed to be snoring away the hours and there is something important there that needs to be guarded but I am unable to find this place. Any clues?

At first glance this mission looks really good. :D
However, is/will there be a version with subtitles? I don´t mind if the NPCs and guards don´t talk english, but I will probably miss much of the storytelling if there are no english subtitles.

What secondary characters say in foreign languages has no relevance or whatsoever for the story-line, it's just to make you feel abroad.

Benny is well-hidden and not snoring very loud. "Back" of "back area" is not behind Bafford's, but rather
behind the house next to Bafford's. So, you should walk on the
balcony outside of Bafford's house and around it, where you will find a dark area with a heap of earth or dirt on the balcony floor. Look over the "railing" there and you should see a
table far below. This is the area mentioned. It contains
the statue relevant for the last part of the ritual to get the Bracelet of Melody. Benny, by the way, is
on the other side of this area, on a somewhat similar but much smaller balcony. You will most likely meet Benny when you try to get out of this area again.

Thanks. Been there already to do the ritual.

My haul is
23523 loot, Intruder painting, 11 beers plus the Trois Mont Reserve, so the objective of 12 is checked.
Edit: Now found the 12th beer - although objective was generously already checked off when I had 11 plus the Reserve. This mission keeps on giving. My mug of beer runneth over. :)
I’m intrigued by the obscured reference to Adenauer and de Gaulle.
On the way to the The Star Inn (assuming you don’t swim across) you have to go up some steps, across, and down the other side. At the top as you go across, there’s a plaque in the floor. Initially I thought it was hieroglyph language but it’s a mirror reverse of a German plaque. There's an equivalent French plaque and background story (
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Floor_tile_in_front_of_cathedral,_Reims.jpg) here. It’s a nice touch and presumably part of the sentiment and artistic influence from the author's hometown, rather than a cryptic clue to a hidden secret. Or is it? :D
