I almost fell out of my chair when I had a look a the credit's and noticed there's a special remix of Svbway to Sally's "Accingite Vos" running during the list is shown.
After that I did a google search, revealing the following "news":

This got me curious because I don't think the band really did a whole OST. I think it is far more likely that they just used this remix of Accingite vos and put it in the game several times. From what I've heard until now I can only say that you can hear the song in the credits and during the mission briefing for mission 4 (the ambush one that starts in the crippled Burrick Inn).
I've recorded some of the game's music and uploaded it on rapidshare.
Can you tell me whether it differs from the original?

The file contains:
1. Two pieces of music from the mission "shipping and sending" (plus clubbing a lonely hammerite)
2. One of the two pieces of music from the Shaolsgate stage
3. The relevant part of the Ambush mission briefing in which the pub music was replaced with a part of the special "Accingite Vos" remix.
Are there similar changes in other localised versions of Thief 2?

The waxytube (the little piece from the Ambush briefing and also heard on some Victrolas) is changed, as you say, S&R soundtrack and also the choirs near the Mechanist angel statues.
