First let me state that I have a pretty decent pc with a GTX 1080, a fast processor, and 16GB of RAM. However, I am experiencing poor frame rates in several outside areas with this mission. For instance, the area at the beginning next to the canal and wooden tables next to the pub. The frame rate takes a dive down into the low 40s there. Also in level 2 when standing near the baskets with fire in them. Again in level 3 near the water well and pumpkin head scarecrow, and the center stone path with a patrolling guard, and again near the canal. Seriously, the frame rate is wildly inconsistent in this mission. I even experienced areas near the canal and around the Hammerite temple in level 3 where the frame rate dipped into the high 20s. I am just disappointed that this seems to be ok with everyone here. I just went through over 200 of my older fms and played just about all of them (except for a few recent missions) with a solid 60fps frame rate that never budged. I will have to pass on this one. Nothing takes me out of the immersion of a mission more than inconsistent frame rates. I certainly hope this is not the direction that newer FMs are heading.
UPDATE: I even gave this mission another try with a new pc with an RTX 2080 and an i9 processor and it made NO difference. Still experienced awful low frame rates in the exact same areas.

How in the hell did I miss this one?? I was just thinking about 7 crystals last night, that's weird...
I don't wanna go through all the spoilers, so can someone please tell me where my lockpicks & stuff is, so I can get this mission under way? Found the pin & secret room, chest, but not the rest. Thanks...
Got the lockpicks and collected armor out in the city. However it looks like I need a sword to kill the snakes & check off the objective of collecting my equipment. Please spoil me :)

The sword replacement is located to the left of the desk in Garrett's apartment, and the blackjack replacement lies on top of a cabinet, wardrobe or another similar piece of furniture.
To get rid of the snakes, I used fire arrows. Four of them can be found in a fireplace somewhere in a shop in the city. Before killing the snakes, however, you can lure the guards into the snakes' vicinity, and by running and jumping around near the animals, you can usually avoid most of the damage the snakes try to inflict upon you, while the guards perish. An evil way of disposing of the humans.:ebil:

Got all the other objectives except that one. Been running around over 2 hours in the hammerite temple area and I can't find anything on them. Spoiler please ?

On which level of difficulty are you playing? If it is the artefact objective then:
On Normal it is found:
Hint:
In one of the towers
If it's the Hammerite rumour objective (again on normal difficulty)
Hint:
Priest Peter is the culprit
Additional hint :
search Peter's room thoroughly
Apologies; I thought that you needed the objective on why things had gone pear-shaped with the hammer temple?
If it's the "find a safe haven" objective you require then on Normal difficulty
Hint:
someone has gone away for a short while
Dead giveaway:
dem pesky wabbits!
Was that it? What happened to going off to Lord Wilson?

Thanks for this new FM Christine! Been a while I wanted to play one of your mission. I was messing with guards in Lord Welhoffer's mansion from the Night of the Falcon campaign. Now I have some new quests to do! :D

Beautifully designed town with lots of gorgeous detail. The guards, however, have a tendency to fall into the river when chasing alongside the bank. Seems like most of them fell in, which was hilarious and sad at the same time!
