Ahhhh, the sweet smell.:) Let's see, Ghosted the mansion on Expert and got all the objectives (all the bonuses, too) but I am 2 secrets short. Still, quite a nice job, I think. :thumb: Does anyone have a secret list so I can see what I missed??
Also, I am 320 gold short for all the dough. That add up to anything obvious to anyone?
Man, what an incredible FM. No contest, one of the best I have played. Excellent.

Welcome to the forum, Talon Riverhand! :)
AoT is definitely a beautiful mission. I have a list of secrets posted (
http://lserv00.math.uh.edu/thief/hints/art.html) here . It's hard to say what you may have missed for loot, though, because there is so much scattered everywhere. I'd suggest that you start from your last save and run through, blackjacking everyone to make it faster, until you find what you missed. Then, if you like, you can start from your last save and ghost your way to the loot. It's pretty hard to search for a few bits and pieces like this in ghost mode. I know, I tried it! I do have all the loot written down, but it's not in a proper loot list yet. If you still can't find it, let me know and I'll try to find time to do up a list of some sort. :)

I spent nearly 12 hours in this mission, by the game clock. That's nearly half of the time it took me to complete Thief2!
I've been 370 and 420 short on loot (can't figure out what I missed the second time), and got all the secrets (two of them by peeking). But I can't figure out why it reports only 28 pickpockets? I made a list of all of them, and it comes out to 31, but I thought I got all of them.
If anyone else is wondering, here's the list of pickpockets:

Happy Christmas to everyone !
I'm stuck in this mission on easy mode : I don't know
1_ how to get the Jewelled Sword
2_ how to get into the north wing
3_ where are the paintings "Evil look" and "Silhouette of the Tricksters".
Can anyboby give me some help ? Thanks. :)

1) On Easy, you need to
look for a breath potion in the bedroom that has a lady in red pacing back and forth. Once you've got that, go up to the Waterpool room on the third floor, jump in and look for a hole in the floor. There are two, but one of them has another hole in the wall of the underwater display room, which takes you through to another underwater display room, etc. In the last one, you'll find the sword. You need the breath potion to get it and get out without losing health.
2) On Easy, you can't get into the north wing. To see that section, you need to play on Hard or Expert.
3) "Evil Look" is When you walk down the South staircase (the one that has the door to the glasshouse area at the bottom), you can see another, small flight of red carpeted stairs on the other side of the hallway at the bottom. Look on the wall up above those stairs (it's quite high), for the painting.[
"Silhouette of the Trickster" Go south past the door to the Captain's room, turn right into a small hallway and go through the door on the left. There's a big, ornate hallway here with a lot of paintings hung on the right wall. The one you need is the very top painting. You can put rope arrows into the wall to climb up and get it. :)

Thank you very much, I've finished this mission. :)
I'd like to play it another time on hard or expert, especially to get into the north wing, but my computer is rather slow (333 MHz) and it goes jerky with heavy missions like this one, and also it's a pain to wait a long time when loading a saved mission.
Now I'm playing Embracing the Enemy and ....I'm stuck again !

And rightly so! :thumb: It's very difficult to do. :)
