I think i can help since it's my all-time fav:

[SPOILER]If you're talking about the library with the small robot wondering through.. then what you do is fire a rope arrow onto the rafters above you with the watchers on and the blue jewel. Climb up it and you should find it on that level. To get on the bookcases make sure your on the 1st floor above them - fire a rope arrow on the side of one of these bookcases and jump onto it and mantle up. If you're talking about the other library I dunno what you're talking about ;)

Also I found it best to get past the watchers by water arrowing the light switches and by trial and error.[/SPOILER]

To get the Lord you need to [SPOILER] use a gas arrow on him, then carry him. He's wearing a helmet that prevents you from knocking him out. [/SPOILER]

The North Wing library is not the one with the little bot. It's the big Library in the North wing that has the door to the Lord's Private study on the 3rd floor and it also has a broken elevator in it. I'll send you a screenshot, pb109 if you either email me or send me a PM with your email address, as you don't show it on the forum. :)

Man this place is huge, 6 hours now and still need cash. Are there any rooms particularly loaded with loot ?

No, it's pretty much scattered all around. Just keep checking tables, etc. and you should get enough. I'd hate to have to clean that place! :cheeky:

All the obvious loot will get you the needed amount comfortably. I played the mission recently and found all but 70 loot \o/

I'd already gotten that painting so it must be one of the other two. I'd already gotten the one that hangs above a doorway near a guarded camera control room as well, although I don't think that room has a name. So I guess I'm looking for the third one, whereever it is...

Sorry, I had the names mixed up. The one you're looking for is [SPOILER] in the Central Library. It's the big one with the upper balcony that people walk around on and there are Watcher's mounted on the ceiling. The painting is hanging on the wall opposite the balcony, above the bookcases. [/SPOILER]
