Ok. I have done everything except ride the horse(which I assume I get the key from basso to open the stable) but i have ran all back and forth through this and can not for the life of me find basso's place. A little help please?

How do i get to open the two gates where there is a scroll on the wall saying that the door opens from 3 to 3 hours, do i have to wait 3 hours untill a guard opens the gate ? :cheeky:

There is a switch in the city watch whcih opens the first gate. The second gate is frobbable even though it doesn't highlight.

You have found the secret door in the library
and
you have placed the evidence in the watch office.
The second gate is frobbable.
