So what´s the difference between Tafferpatch and newdark 1.24? I´m not in the mood for April's fool day right now, because of a prank today someone died in my classroom.

If you already installed ND 1.24, you don't need to upgrade with Tafferpatcher again.

Looks top drawer so far. Found something shiny to frob in the cemetery but do not know what it opened and there's a door in the sewers I do not have a key for yet.....think I have done everything else up to now....a hint to proceed please :D

Tafferpatcher is a utility that will load the New Dark patch and other patches, and will also install the original missions for you, as well as other mods like the EP and skies and water mods, etc. It makes it easy to install all that stuff. But as Unna said, if you already installed 1.24, there is no reason to use Tafferpatcher now.
