How do I open the crypt gate in the cemetery?

When I was in the kitchen with the mechanist shooting at me, the shots were hitting an invisible object right in front of the mechanist. This did not happen the first time I went to the kitchen but upon reloading the problem occurred.

It depends on the diffictulty. Look in the alchemist house/kitchen

It depends on the difficulty.
You need to frob something, and something (rather big) is moving then. Search the spot where that big object was placed.

I've got as far as finding the fire arrow in the green tomb. I'm guessing it will help to solve the riddle...water to fire, fire to fire etc
but not sure how to, I can also see a pool of water behind a tomb in the crypt with the white clouds but can't get through to it so another hint please.

also there is an unreachable goblet on the right by the first tomb you mantle over after the riddle...is this meant to be unreachable?

I'm not sure of which big object needs to be frobbed. I'm playing on Expert and nothing in the cemetery is frobbable.

I took a snapshot of the problem I mentioned earlier but I don't have a game save. I wasn't able to replicate the problem either but if it happens again I'll be sure to save the game at that point.

fortuni, you'll get some more clues on "normal". There are coloured "stars" in the tombs. Try something obviously. If you're successful, you'll get a sound message. If you're very successful, you'll get a double-sound message
All loot can be reached. I'm not sure what you did

On expert: Behind a tomb, look down, to the ground. Remember where the statues were standing.

i can help ok firs tyou hit skull on side of tomb then go to other side a bit pasted graves and look for a hole in ground that appears with a single bone you can frob to open gate to crypt

to get that goblet just figure ouit how to get that tomb to move in,see that torch in pic put it out with water then turn around and on piller a panel will open up,frob that,to open that section

fortuni, you managed to climb over that tomb. Go back and solve the riddle and the tomb will move. Since this is not a game breaking thing, I leave it that for now.
