I made the sprayer appear and offered him Bennys unconscious body.
Then I gave him a chance to recover from fainting and his headache.
But then what? He attacks me! Probably because I looted his place already.
Anyway, I am still clueless about secret #7, which can not have had any loot.

Thanks! I saw them with the help of a flare. :)

When I entered the room with the spine beast (don't know what you call it) there was a loud screeching noise in my sound card. It only happened in that single room. I might be able to post a video of it so you can hear what I am talking about.

In the image above there is a torch behind the wall. Is there any way to that point?

I've made it to the large doors wtih two wood boards. I can hear someone opening and closing a door beyond those doors but I can't figure out how to get them open.

John, I never encountered that sound in the 'spine beast' room. Maybe an issue with your sound card. As for the torch: You're right!

To get into the hammerite area you need something to smash the boards. Look around, it's pretty close
On expert you have to climb

@gnartsch: You're on the right track. You blackjacked Benny? Why? Benny will go to the sprayer if you show him the evidence. And he will give him a special treatment
But don't open the 'safe' and steal the coin in the sprayer's hideout. The sprayer wants to give it to you as a reward. Plus secret #7
