I have a problem : Thief 2 (version 1.18) freezes in the quick/save menu (from time to time). I use WInXP Service Pack 2. Any suggestions ?

I had a similar problem and I just uninstalled and then reinstalled it. Not the most technical solution but it worked fine after that. Just remember your save games.

Does not work ; it runs fine immediately after the reinstallation, but the problems start again after I shut down the computer and return later.
