Well, at least someone released a version of the university one. Not that it matters, as it took quite some liberties with the T2 look.

Bulgarian_Taffer also stated up front that he wasn't building a Thief 2 Gold mission, just using the barely-started *.mis file as a base. It's not meant for T2G, nor was intended to be.

Could you, at least, tell me how much missions was planned, what was their titles and where the should be placed on thief 2 timeline?

You could read some of the discussion threads about the project to understand how much effort was put forward and why the projects ultimately failed.
