When i run Thief 2 i can't see any characters nor weapons in my hand. I am running on Windowx XP Professional with Geforce 2 MX 400 (ForceWare 81.98). Any thoughts why?

Try older drivers.

Yup, go for older drivers.
I use 50.something drivers for my 420 and current 5900.
