I needed to get opinions from other site owners on the legality of distributing something like this. I've primarily been concerned about the movies. But other TTLG mods and site admins don't see an issue, so I'll be setting up a torrent this evening.

I suppose I can find this out on my own, but couldn't hurt to ask now anyway...
Will this mod work on FMs too (sans custom material, obviously)? Or will you lose it during a darkloader install?
And if one wanted to make & distribute a noir-style FM, would it be possible (and permissible) to select and use the textures/objects etc from this mod to distribute with the FM (with credit to Otto, of course)?
Just curious...

a totally stock mission played with these mods would be cool, you would have to manually install the mod first i guess. as for credit, if you use the mod as a basis for a mission a thanks would be nice, but really not needed.

There is a cheap way to play ALL missions in greyscale if you have a ATI GFX-Card with shaders. In Graphics Card Control Panel -> 3D -> User defined -> Smartshader-Effects select monochrome - and voilá. Enjoy. :cheeky:
Maybe, there´s a way on NVIDIA cards, too.

for the rest of us mortals, there is this.

Fine. Have it your way. Just be an ass because there is an easier solution. I can make it my self. But why would I want to? I don't need to play thief in stupid B&W anyway.
