Hey everyone. I'm trying to run Thief 2 on a Windows 7 system. I am trying to do the affinity fix for dual processors. I'm running into 2 snags:
1. The bat file I create is supposed to map to an icd file in the Thief 2 root directory. I can't find such a file. 2. I am supposed to copy the Image.cfg file I downloaded to Windows/System32 and Windows/System32/dllcache but, since I'm running Win 7, ther is no such folder. All dlls go in the Winsxs folder. Can somebody help me out please?

2. You can put the image.cfg bin the main folder, and it'll work fine.
As for 1., I don't know, but go ahead and create the bat file as instructed anyway. Let us know if the game doesn't run.

Thanks for the quick response jtr7. Yeah, I just copied the Image.cfg to Windows/System32 only, then created the Bat file. This Bat file showed a conflict to the text that was supposed to be written regarding the icd file within it. But now the game seems to run fine, so must not be important.
