Yepp, it's the German version and alternative to the synth pads at the beginning.

Awesome.
Does anyone know the story behind the soundtrack differences between the North American and German versions? Was that just a little extra thrown in to counter piracy or something?
P.S. - Loving the soundtrack, CoK. Excellent work.

There definitely is a short StS report in the German game guide of TMA. I can only remember the song being planned but not ready for the American release, but that is somewhere behind a big cloud of mental noise. The CD version of Accingite vos is still a bit different and features more instruments instead of MIDI stuff.

I believe something was said about being unable to secure the rights to distribute the work of Subway To Sally outside of Germany.

Listening to this has inspired me to go back and play a few OMs which I probably hadn't played since 2002 or earlier, like Eavesdropping and, currently, Framed. Thanks again, CoK!

Thanks! I feel almost guilty for listening to these outside of the game. ;) But then again great ambient works don't get old.

I've got plenty of web space now and was wondering if I now should upload the uncompressed files of the soundtrack.
Yandros on 4/2/2015 at 13:15
I for one would download FLAC or some other uncompressed format for this, and the TG soundtrack, if you made them available.
