Well I thought this project would be done in a few months, but as usual I didn't count on my own stunning abilities to procrastinate. Here are the tracks mixed so far. Some have sound effects, some don't. In any case, I've tried to capture the atmosphere of each level. If you have complaints, I'll listen, but these are primarily for my own enjoyment, and odds are not so great that I'll change anything unless it's on a really excellent suggestion.

These aren't necessarily final mixes, and I do intend to finish the complete soundtrack (and the Dark Project soundtrack as well), but since who knows how long that'll take, I figured you might enjoy these (mostly) finished tracks in the meanwhile. I've tried to avoid making it sound like a collection of various wave files, but sometimes it's hard. Besides, the in-game music is far choppier, and no one ever notices it!
Eavesdropping is my favourite. :D

Of all people I was hoping you'd download these; mixing the Deadly Shadows soundtrack was no small feat!

Our mixes are a little shorter but for that don't get too long. However, there is also no guarantee that I can whip the KdK so that he will continue this job. However, I could imagine shared work, if you like.
PS: It appears that you don't have the sound files referring to "Accingite vos" by Subway to Sally, that appear in S&R and everything concerning Mechanists. Interested, anyone...?

Those files don't appear in the North American version. They're not Thief to me.

Just awesome! I always loved the music in my favorite mission ''Shipping and receiving'' - now I can listen to it outside Thief. :p

The atmosphere that these evoked is brilliant. Not obtrusive at all - they're just there all the time. Hearing them on their own reminds us how important they were to the feel of the game.
