I think bittorrents should be used.

Yeah, Cds and bittorrent are gonna be the way to go for a while. I doubt even Jason's site can withstand the bandwidth of all of us DLing THAT campaign pack!

That's really great news!!! First time I hit the T2X site I thought this project is dead like so many others. I felt quite sorry for it, because what I have seen so far, it really looked awesome. So I'm very glad that the ned is near and we can expect to play it in near future. :)
Since you are now free of work, in case you are bored, you can always join the Dark Mod team. ;)

As for the distribution, why not take advantage of the wonders of BitTorrent? I believe that would be the quickest and easiest way to distribute the missions to a large audience (at least for the initial release, and after that you could settle for a regular ftp distribution). Comments?
I think BitTorrent is definitely a good choice. I have a server running 24/7 (albeit with very slow upspeed) so I could seed it myself once I have it. If enough do this, then it can be spread rather fast.

Excellent news, I've been lurking around this one for a while now. I can't believe you actually have a project of this magnitude near to completion! Speaking as a person who can't use bittorrent because my moden is a twat, I say you should tell PC Gamer or another magazine to carry T2X on a cover disc or something. It would even mean I'd buy a copy for once.

Yay! :)
Perhaps when all of the Big Three projects are released, they could be packaged as an add-on extension for Thief 2, which continues to sell well on budget to this day.
