Downloaded the version from drive.google and it crashes on loading up.
I will try the rejoining one but am not holding my breath...things seem to go wrong very easily when they are split, has something to do with the rejoin point, well it does with video clips anyway.
Just noticed that the .google size of the zip is 323,344 and the rejoined zip size is 323,629...so something went wrong, maybe it was my download connection.
Well, this one makes it as far as a quick bit of some guards fighting and crashes to desktop..this one had no briefing or objectives, so I guess that between them both might be the working one..:cheeky:

Well that's screwed everything up...now none of my T3 missions have any objective, no written words at all including start, save or exit...just a large blank screen with the Thief 3 logo..now I am really hacked off.:(

Don't know about the new version, but the original version needed fixes provided by the Sneaky Upgrade (link below) to not immediately crash on startup... It's the infamous property storage count limit again.

Is there also a faster link? It´s very slow and takes hours with DSL...hope it´s not only on my place...

It's slow for me too, getting around 15KB/sec, so a couple hours download time. :cheeky:

If I look at the lot of static meshes in the screenshots, that doesn't surprise me.
