actually its neither. I was AD on Thief DS. The model was a test when we were considering using normal mapping in the game. The "concept" was a quick sketch to develop the idea of the mansion on the cliff. And once developed to give to Frank Terran as direction.
So it wasnt released as official concept art, but it was made during the production of T3
